Privacy Policy
TimeCost is designed around local financial awareness. The app does not require an account, does not connect to bank accounts, and does not scrape transactions.
Data you enter
You may enter income assumptions, work schedule, region, tax assumptions, expenses, Quick Check decisions, recurring review decisions, renewal dates, notes, and savings assumptions. This information is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage.
Data we do not collect
- No TimeCost account is required.
- No bank, card, brokerage, or payroll connection is requested.
- No transaction scraping or background financial account import is performed.
- No payment card details are collected by TimeCost.
Subscriptions
Optional Plus and Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple ID. Apple provides subscription status information needed for the app to unlock paid features. TimeCost does not receive your full payment card details.
Exports and support
If you export CSV, JSON, PDF, or calendar files, those files are created because you requested them and may contain the data shown in the export. If you email support, the message and any attachments you choose to send are handled for support purposes.
Website
The TimeCost website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and security telemetry to deliver and protect the site.
